Since 2019, we have been living our vision of the kitchen of the future and reducing our carbon footprint. We avoid food that has traveled far and is highly processed, we don’t cook meat from industrial production (factory farming), we eat little or no meat at all, we use leftovers sensibly and we avoid unnecessary packaging wherever possible.
We do this every day in our households and enjoy getting together to shop, cook, eat and share our experiences. Children are welcome in our future kitchens, we show them how good, healthy, climate-friendly food tastes and how to prepare it. Climate-friendly shopping and cooking may take a little more time – but you get a lot more in return: more joie de vivre, more health, more optimism about the future.
